Tuna, borlotti bean and onion salad

Serves 4
  • - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • - 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • - 1 large red onion, slices lengthways into thin half-moon shapes
  • - 580g jar Sardarelli Tuna, broken into chunks
  • - 370g jar Cirio Borlotti Beans

How to prepare:

Drain and rinse the borlotti beans. Transfer to a salad bowl with the tuna, onion and garlic. Add the olive oil and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Season.
