Delivery Information

 

Nifeislife food delivery: London and UK wide

Our food delivery service is available within Selected London Postcodes (see below) and throughout most of the UK. Delivery within London is undertaken by Nifeislife.com refrigerated vans. Deliveries outside London are entrusted to a national courier Company with excellent reputation and with several years of experience in the field.

Are some items only available in specific locations?

Yes. Items marked Selected London Postcode Only are not available for delivery outside. This restriction applies to a small number of items such as Made @ Nifeislife (cooked items) frozen items, ice cream, bread and glass bottled water.

How soon is Nifeislife's grocery delivery in London and the rest of the UK?

Orders can be delivered same day in London and next working day elsewhere provided order is received by cut off point. See the table below for information about our delivery slots and delivery days. On the rare occasion your chosen product is out of stock, we offer an email alert notifying you when the product becomes available.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is £30 (excluding VAT) + a delivery charge.

Delivery is free for selected areas in Central London when orders are more than £70 (exc VAT).

For orders above £70 (exc VAT) and less than 15kg in weight there is a delivery discount (£7.9 discount). Excess weight is charged at £0.35 pence per kilo. The offer applies to full-day slots only and excludes delivery on Saturday and Sunday.

How will my products stay fresh?

For deliveries within London we use customised refrigerated (0-4 degrees) vans and for deliveries across the rest of the UK all fresh food is packaged in thermal insulated packs to ensure it arrives in the same fresh state as when it leaves our premises.

What do I do if I won't be home for delivery? (for deliveries via courier)

Please ensure that we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific you want the parcel left, for example, with a neighbour. You can add or edit these instructions for your chosen delivery address in the Address Book section of My Account. Alternatively, contact us by 8am on the day of delivery and we will pass the new delivery instructions to the courier company.

If there is no one home, the courier will leave a Missed delivery note, and will attempt to deliver again the next day. You can request the courier to leave the items in a safe place using your consignment number. If the delivery is left in the safe place of your choice, the delivery is considered complete.

Delivery instructions messages

You can add useful information for the delivery when you add an address, i.e. Red door. At checkout there is a further option to add Delivery instructions. Please note this must be 60 characters or less.

Important information

When ordering items adding up to a certain weight, for example high quantities of water bottles or cases for outside of London, we will offer two options for the delivery:

Courier Company that will deliver to your property, for a variable price which depends on weight and distance. You will be able to see it at checkout

A Pallet company that will deliver curbside. For prices please contact info@nifeislife.com specifying the day, postcode, and approximate weight for a quote

We will contact you regarding the options for the delivery, but if you already have a preference, please write it down on the Delivery Instructions.

Please note that in choosing the latter option, you will need to notify us at info@nifeislife.com to proceed with the changes.
