How to prepare Mullet Bottarga:

- chopped in slices and flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and a drop of fresh lemon juice
- as it is accompanied by grapes
- grated in order to season dishes
- on a hot, butter-spread slice of bread

Ingredients: mullet eggs (mugil cephalus), salt.
