Arborio is the most well known Risotto Rice in Italy. This specific grain of rice is particularly long. It is named after a village in the Po Valley near Vercelli, Piedmont region. The ideal rice for cooking an authentic Italian risotto, it is vacuum-packed to preserve all nutritional value.
