Arborio is the most well known Risotto Rice in Italy. Its grain is particularly long and symmetric and the name arrives from a little village in the Po Valley near to Vercelli. It's the ideal rice to do the real italian risotto.

Ideal with all kind of creamy sauces; it's particulary suggested with truffle sauce.
Cooking Time: 15-18 minutes.
