Pfanni Instant Potato Pure. There are 3 sachets inside the box, each makes 3 servings. Ready in 5 minutes.
Puree mix in flakes, great for making creamy mashed potato.Light, nutritious and tasty, low in fat and rich in carbohydrates.
Easy to prepare: 1) Pour 300ml milk into a pan (plus salt and nutmeg if you wish) and bring to the boil. 2) Remove from the heat. Add 200ml cold water, add the contents of one sachet and stir. 3) Continue to stir for about a minute. For a more intense flavour you can add a knob of butter.

Potato flakes (99%), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides from fatty acids; stabilisers:sodium citrate, disodium diphosphate; antioxidants: sodium metabisulfite, vitamin A palmitate; flavourings (which derive from milk).
