Mulino Bianco Molinetti made using an ancient recipe made with buckwheat grain and cane sugar.

Wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats, cane sugar (14,5%), sugar, wholemeal wheat flour (7,6%), oatmeal flour, buckwheat flour, eggs (6,2%), powdered skimmed milk, butter, eggs, molasses, raising agents (ammonium acid carbonate, sodium acid carbonate, cream of tartar), salt, natural flavourings. Produced in an environment where nuts, sesame seeds and soya may also be present.
