A speciality from Alto Adige, Speck production is one of the main traditions of farm life and the secrets of its manufacture have been jealously kept and passed on from father to son for centuries. Made from the same part of the pig as ham, Speck ham is cured in a different way giving it a unique and unmistakable flavour.

Pork meat, salt, spices, dextrose. Preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate.
