Notes of caramel and burnt toffee in this deeply flavoured gelato are enhanced by a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. It’s a complex but rewarding recipe, a bit like eating a Christopher Nolan film.

Fresh milk, sugar, fresh double cream, caramel paste 7% (sugar caramel, water, natural aromas, caramel colouring), maltodextrin, skim milk powder, coconut oil, glucose, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Maldon sea salt.
