Scialatelli, fresh pasta, is like a flat, long and tightened Tagliatella shape.
Serve Scialatielli with fresh tomato sauces, vegetables and seasoning herbs or with quick hot sauces with a drop of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, red hot peppers or anchovies. Fish sauces or "white" sauces made with milk cream, mascarpone, soft or melted cheeses.
Contains semolina, flour, water and egg.
