Salame Felino Whole Piece (about 1kg)

Salame Felino is a soft, coarse-cut sausage comes from Felino near Parma and is regarded as one of the finest Italian salami. It has a very high proportion of lean pork to fat and is flavoured with peppercorns, a small amount of garlic and the local white wine. Because it is only very lightly cured, it has a very delicate flavour but does not keep well.

It is perfect with Parmigiano cheese, eaten with bread.
