Fusilli pasta takes its name from the particular spindle-shape, that twists as a spiral in subtle curves twirling pleasantly after one another. It originates from the Campania region.
De Cecco Fusilli is very tasty with ragu "alla napoletana" and ricotta cheese sauces. Excellent also with tomato vegetable sauces with peppers, aubergins, olives and capers, good in fresh pasta salad.
