Tortiglioni, originating from Naples, are characterised by a slightly curved shape and its unmistakable spiral grooving.
De Cecco Tortiglioni work best with full-bodied sauces whether it is a sumptuous meat sauce or a refined one with dairy cream and mushrooms. Tortiglioni are also excellent with hearty meat ragus. Very tasty with tomato or tomato and vegetable sauces. This format is also particularly suitable for baked casseroles.
